Fresh mountain air, snow-covered landscapes, an intact nature, unlimited choices of sporting activities, a great many of cultural events and authentic Tyrolean hospitality - the Olympia Region Seefeld makes every dream come true!

Are you looking for an unforgettable winter wonderland experience far from any trails? Then come and join your host, Mr. Holzer on a snowshoeing adventure through snow-powdered meadows and forests where your only companions are an occasional deer or snow rabbit. A pair of snowshoes and poles are readily awaiting you at the hotel.

Cross-country Skiing

The 5 villages that make up the Olympiaregion Seefeld provide cross-country skiing facilities and conditions that are unparalleled anywhere else in Europe and are an eldorado for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. With 279 kilometres of immaculately groomed trails covering all levels of difficulty, both beginners and experts alike can enjoy the sport to the full - and all set against the stunning mountain panorama of the sun-blessed Seefeld high plateau.

In addition, the Olympiaregion has several special trails, including floodlit trails for evening skiing, dog-friendly trails and adaptive trails for skiers with physical disabilities.

Skiing and Snowboarding

Sun-drenched, immaculately groomed slopes and state-of-the-art lift facilities guarantee exhilarating ski fun for everyone – from the littlest tots to the most seasoned experts.

The Olympiaregion Seefeld has a small yet superb selection of alpine ski areas boasting 37 kilometres of slopes and some 30 cable-cars and lifts. The Bergbahnen Rosshütte, the largest of the ski areas, features the “Rosshütten-Express”, for example – a high-speed 6-seater chairlift with heated seats – which whisks passengers effortlessly up to the sunny slopes at an altitude of over 2,000 metres. The Geschwandtkopf ski area can be reached from Seefeld and Mösern – and offers excellent skiing as well as a delightful view of Seefeld’s landmark, the “Seekirchl” chapel. The Hinterfeld drag lift in Mösern offers ideal conditions for beginners old and young.

Ski rental facilities in Mösern and Seefeld professionally consult and provide you with up-to-date skiing and snowboarding equipment.

Swimming and Spa

At the heart of the hotel’s garden landscape guests find a lovely swimming pond surrounded by beautiful flowers and green meadows. A dip into the pond is the perfect round-off after an adventurous hike or a bath in the sun. The close-by Möserer Lake is a favourite mountain lake among locals and its spring water is among the clearest in the entire region.
For cooler temperatures, the Seefelder Olympia Spa (5 driving minutes), the Alpenspa Leutasch (15 driving minutes) and the Thermal Waters at the Aqua Dome in Ötztal (55 driving minutes) too offer an unforgettable indoor water experience.
If you prefer quiet and warmth, we invite you to spend a few relaxing hours at our spa oasis. Sweating in a sauna or steambath not only strengthens your immune system, but also relaxes the musculature and stimulates the metabolism.

Massage therapies are offered in-house and can be conveniently booked at the front desk.

Horse carriage Ride

Enjoy a cozy ride through snow-covered forests, along frozen streams in the back of a horse-drawn carriage. A stop at the local tavern along the way is the perfect rounding off of a relaxing outing on the Seefeld High Plateau.

Panoramic View

Riding the cable car is a convenient way to climb the mountains for old and young. High up in the mountains of the Karwendel or the Zugspitz the view down into the valley and across the mountains is spectacular and the feeling of freedom eminent.
